What forms of payment do you accept?

This fine website allows you to complete your purchase via Stripe, which accepts most major Credit Cards. If you are having any issues please contact me at brenda@stellarevolutiondesigns.com.

If you wish to use PayPal, that is also a payment gateway at this time.

Please note: once you proceed to Checkout/Cashier, your order will show your final order total in my home currency of Canadian Dollars.

At in-person events such as Comic Cons, I can accept cash and use the Shopify Point of Sale reader for Visa and Mastercard transactions.

Why is my Checkout amount different from my Cart Amount?

If you selected the new feature to view the pricing in listings and cart on my website in different currencies including: 

  • CAD
  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • AUD

I hope this new feature made it a bit easier to shop around my site, rather than have to have a currency convert tab open on your computer as well.

Once you proceed to Checkout/Cashier, the Powers-that-be do have to show your final order total in my home currency of Canadian Dollars. The payment processor will do the exchange rate of the day. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me. 

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. Stellar Evolution Designs uses SSL, the leading standard for digitally transmitting sensitive data, to encrypt our checkout process. SSL attaches a unique code to your credit card information that prevents third party sites from seeing or accessing it.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

I want you to be as happy as a kid at Christmas, so please contact me as soon as possible if there is a change that you wish to make to an order. Please get in touch with your name, order number, and any changes that you'd like me to make.

Please understand: Once an order has been shipped or gone for production you won't be able to cancel the order.

I like 'insert thing you're crazy about here' for example: horses, not geeky things, can you sew something with horses on it instead?

You bet! Everyone's a geek in their own way, even if it's horses, cars, roosters...I take special orders all the time, so just shoot me a message!

Where are your products shipped from?

I ship your items from my friendly neighbourhood post office in Manitoba, Canada.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If I live in Manitoba and order online, can I pick it up from you at the next Con Event that I see you are attending in Winnipeg?

YES! As long as your order is approximately one or two months in advance of the Con event, I would be super happy to create your item and bring it with me to meet you at the Con for delivery.

NOTE: Be sure to message me before placing your order if you would like to make this arrangement, so I can give you my super duper secret code for free shipping, aka, pick up!

What is your return policy?

I want you to geek out over your order!!! Should something be amiss, please let me know so I can fix it for you!

Please be aware, due to the handmade nature of the items I am unable to accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order as I do want you to be satisfied!

When will my order ship? 

Each item will have either an In Stock number or a Creation Time listed in the product description. This signifies how long it will take the item to be made and packaged up in preparation for shipping.

It is recommended if purchasing an item as a gift, to purchase well in advance so all materials can be purchased without rush fees, as fabrics may have to be printed, and then time to ship to you taken into account.

How much will shipping cost?

Stellar Evolution Designs ships anywhere in Canada, the USA and around the world with easy, economical shipping rates.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the value of your order and your ship-to address.

Where is my order confirmation?

Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder.

I get an error message when I enter my tracking number. What's going on?

If your package is travelling inside Canada:
Once shipped, it takes 24 to 72 hours for most in country delivery systems to update tracking information on their website.

If your package is travelling outside the United States:
Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States we're unable to track the progress of its delivery.

Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

I know not everyone is built the same, and I do my best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, I can source many sizes that range from XS to 3XL or more.

As I sew the apparel and would have you take your measurements, I would help guide you through the selection of the proper garment size! Just a benefit I add in my service!
