Paypal is now accepted directly through the website.

Please note: once you proceed to Checkout/Cashier, your order total may be different from your country's currency as it will show your final order total in my home currency of Canadian Dollars. It may come as a surprise at how bad/good our Canadian dollar is doing in the market compared to yours ;) 

Why is my Checkout amount different from my Cart Amount?

If you selected the new feature to view the pricing in listings and cart on my website in different currencies including: 

  • CAD
  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • AUD

I hope this new feature made it a bit easier to shop around my site, rather than have to have a currency convert tab open on your computer as well.

Once you proceed to Checkout/Cashier, the Powers-that-be do have to show your final order total in my home currency of Canadian Dollars. The payment processor will do the exchange rate of the day. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me. 

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. Stellar Evolution Designs uses SSL, the leading standard for digitally transmitting sensitive data, to encrypt our checkout process. SSL attaches a unique code to your credit card information that prevents third-party sites from seeing or accessing it.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

I want you to be as happy as a kid at Christmas, so please contact me as soon as possible if there is a change that you wish to make to an order. Please get in touch with your name, order number, and any changes that you'd like me to make.

Please understand: Once an order has been shipped or gone for production you won't be able to cancel the order.

What forms of payment do you accept at conventions or live events?

At in-person events such as Comic Cons I can accept cash, credit AND DEBIT! Yay! 

I like 'different styles' can you sew something with horses on it instead?

You bet! I adore custom orders, so just shoot me a message!

Where are your products shipped from?

I ship your items from my friendly neighbourhood post office in Manitoba, Canada.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If I live in Manitoba and order online, can I pick it up from you at the next Event that I see you are attending in Winnipeg?

YES! As long as your order is approximately one or two months in advance of the event, I would be super happy to create your item and bring it with me to meet you at the Con for delivery.

What is your return policy?

I want you to love your order!!! Should something be amiss, please let me know so I can fix it for you!

Please be aware, due to the handmade nature of the items I may be unable to accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order please let me know asap as I do want you to be satisfied!

When will my order ship? 

Each item generally has a "Creation Time" listed in the product description. This signifies how long it will take the item to be made-to-order or if it is ready to ship. 

Should there be some sort of delay, such as a postal strike, or I need to order in fabric, I will get in contact with you via email.

It is recommended if purchasing an item as a gift, to purchase well in advance so all materials can be purchased without incurring rush fees, as fabrics may have to be printed, and then time to ship to you taken into account.

How much will shipping cost?

Stellar Evolution Designs now ships anywhere in Canada for HALF PRICE FEE!

For the US, an order of $85 cad or more will get you FREE SHIPPING!

For International, an order of $155 cad or more will get you FREE SHIPPING!

Shipping charges are generally automatically calculated based on the value of your order.

You can upgrade to tracked shipping in the Checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

Sometimes our confirmation emails are identified as SPAM, so it may have landed in your SPAM folder. Always good to do a double check, but when in doubt, please contact me!

I get an error message when I enter my tracking number. What's going on?

If your package is travelling inside Canada:
Once shipped, it takes 24 to 72 hours for most in country delivery systems to update tracking information on their website.

If your package is travelling outside the United States:
Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States we are unable to track the progress of its delivery until it arrives into your country's' postal system.
